Produktionsmitarbeiter Farbnachstellung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Mischen von Farben nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Durchführung von Farbnachstellungen an Produktionsanlagen
  • Dosieren und Einwiegen von Kleinstmengen in einer Batchfertigung 
  • Abfülltätigkeiten von Kleinstmengen bis 1 kg
  • Qualitätskontrolle der Farben und Produkte an Farbmustern
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und Ergebnissen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Friseurhandwerk, im Bereich Chemie, Lacktechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Farbmischung und Farbnachstellung
  • Kenntnisse in der Farbmetrik
  • Hohe Affinität zu Farben und den Zusammenhägen der Farblehre
  • Du überzeugst uns mit deinem hohen Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein und durch deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Produktion -und Labormaßstab

Your mission
  • Mixing colors according to specified recipes and work instructions
  • Carrying out color adjustments on production systems
  • Dosing and weighing of very small quantities in batch production
  • Filling small quantities of up to 1 kg
  • Quality control of colors and products on color samples
  • Documentation of work processes and results
Your profile
  • Completed training in hairdressing, chemistry, paint technology or similar
  • You have experience in color mixing and color matching
  • Knowledge of colorimetry
  • High affinity for colors and the interrelationships of color theory
  • You impress us with your high level of quality awareness and your independent way of working on a production and laboratory scale
