Schulungsleiter für Leder- und Kunstlederreparaturschulungen (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Leder- und Kunstlederreparatur auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Anpassung der Schulungsmaterialien an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Teilnehmer
  • Intensive Betreuung der Teilnehmenden während der Schulungsphasen sowie Nachbetreuung zur Sicherstellung des Lernerfolgs
  • Gewährleistung und stetige Verbesserung der Qualität von Schulungsinhalten und Lehrmethoden
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Schulungsteilnehmern und strategischen Partnern
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf nationalen und internationalen Fachmessen, inklusive der Durchführung von Produktvorführungen
Dein Profil
  • Sprachkenntnisse fließend in Deutsch und Englisch                                              
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handwerk                                  
  • Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Leder und Kunstleder              
  • Ausgeprägte Menschenkenntnis und Empathie                                     |
  • Erfahrungen in der Erwachsenenbildung, insbesondere als Trainer/Schulungsleiter
  • Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Reisen
  • Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich, verständlich und interaktiv zu vermitteln
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit an diverse Kulturen und Lernumfelder
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Kompetenz zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit sowohl mit internen Kollegen als auch mit externen Partnern.

Your mission
  • Planning and implementation of training courses in the field of leather and artificial leather repair at national and international level
  • Development and continuous adaptation of training materials to the specific needs and requirements of participants
  • Intensive support for participants during the training phases and follow-up support to ensure learning success
  • Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of training content and teaching methods
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with training participants and strategic partners
  • Representing the company at national and international trade fairs, including product demonstrations
Your profile
  • Fluent in German and English                                              
  • Completed vocational training in the trade                                  
  • Experience in the repair of leather and artificial leather              
  • Strong knowledge of human nature and empathy
  • Experience in adult education, especially as a trainer/training manager
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, understandable and interactive way
  • Independent working style, strong organizational skills and initiative
  • High flexibility and adaptability to diverse cultures and learning environments
  • Ability to work in a team and to collaborate effectively with both internal colleagues and external partners.
