Deine Aufgaben

Du betreust die Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Themen im gesamten Employee Lifecycle vom Recruiting bis zum Offboarding.
Im Bereich Compensation and Benefits bist du unser/e kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in.
Operative Abwicklung aller anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben, inkl. Systemauswertungen
Vorbereitende und nachbereitende Entgeltabrechnung
Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen und -Richtlinien und nimmst an HR-Projekten (z. B. Tools und Systeme) teil.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine Ausbildung zur/zum Personalfachkauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit HR-Systemen (personio)
Du bist eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Maß an Empathie sowie Spaß am Kontakt und an Gesprächen mit Menschen.
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

You support employees in all HR-related topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
You are our competent contact person in the area of compensation and benefits.
Operational processing of all administrative tasks, including system evaluations
Preparatory and follow-up payroll accounting
You will support us in the development, optimization and implementation of HR processes and guidelines and take part in HR projects (e.g. tools and systems).

Your profile

You have a degree with a focus on HR or training as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification.
Very good knowledge of HR systems (personio)
You have an open-minded personality with a high degree of empathy and enjoy making contact and talking to people.
Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
Good written and spoken English skills
