Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bietest unseren B2B- (Business) und B2C-Kunden (Privat) Unterstützung bei Fragen und Anwendungen unserer Produkte – sei es telefonisch, schriftlich oder persönlich vor Ort. 
  • Auf Basis unserer internen Vorlagen findest Du schnelle, unkomplizierte und kundenorientierte Lösungen. 
  • In der Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Aufträgen via E-Mail, Chat und Briefpost beweist Du täglich, dass exzellenter Service sowohl schnell als auch sorgfältig sein kann. 
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Verbesserung und Pflege der Inhalte auf unserer Homepage. 
Dein Profil
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung 
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst 
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis 
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich 
  • Ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kunden, sowohl vor Ort, am Telefon als auch in schriftlicher Kommunikation 
  • Fachkenntnisse in Bezug auf Leder und Oberflächenmaterialien, insbesondere im Bereich von Möbeln und hochwertigen Taschen wünschenswert 
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Social-Media-Plattformen

Your mission
  • You offer our B2B (business) and B2C (private) customers support with questions and applications of our products - whether by telephone, in writing or in person on site.
  • You will find quick, uncomplicated and customer-oriented solutions based on our internal templates.
  • By processing inquiries and orders via email, chat and post, you will prove on a daily basis that excellent service can be both fast and thorough.
  • You actively support the improvement and maintenance of the content on our homepage.
Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in internal sales
  • Strong communication skills and a basic technical understanding
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both orally and in writing
  • A high degree of independence and ability to work in a team
  • Confident in dealing with customers, both on site, on the phone and in written communication
  • Specialist knowledge of leather and surface materials, particularly in the area of furniture and high-quality bags desirable
  • Experienced with MS Office and social media platforms
